Wedding Stationery Ordering Process
- DESIGNS
- We offer a range of designs to suit different tastes and wedding themes. Each design also has a website to match, so you can plan and share your wedding online too.
- COLORS
- Each design uses two colors, which you can mix and match from our selection of 36. Please note that the colors you see on your screen will not look exactly the same when printed. We will post you a color swatch before you order so you can see the printed colors for yourself.
- FONTS
- We have a wide selection of typefaces from plain and casual to formal and sophisticated. You can choose up to two for your stationery theme. We recommend using a plain font for the important details.
- CARD STOCK
- We offer two different types of card stock - one is matte and the other is slightly glossy, both at 300gsm. They are both the same price.
- ENVELOPES
- Envelopes come in various sizes to fit the different stationery options. They are 120gsm quality paper and are available in both plain and metallic colors. Envelopes are sold unprinted as they tend to jam up the works in commercial printers!
- RIBBONS
- Matching ribbons are available for almost all of our color options and you can buy them by the metre or in a 40 metre roll. We're sure you can dream up something creative to do with 40 metres of colored ribbon!
- SAMPLE PACK
- When you're ready to think about ordering stationery, request a sample pack from us. The pack will include a color swatch chart, some invitations on both matte and gloss card and some ribbon samples, to help you decide on your stationery selection.
- ORDERING
- Placing your order is as simple as contacting us and letting us know what you want. Send us your wording and let us know how you want it laid out, what quantities and on what size card. Once we've laid out your design we'll email you a pdf copy to check over and make sure everything looks the way you want. It's your responsibility to make us aware of any spelling or layout errors at this point.
If you'd like to see a printed sample of your stationery, we can organize that for you for a small fee. - SIGN-OFF AND PAYMENT
- If you have changes to suggest we'll fix those for you and email you another pdf proof. Please note that while we'll gladly fix any errors for free we reserve the right to charge extra for additional proofs if you want to make a lot of changes to the layout. Once you're happy with the pdf proof, all you need to do is to make your payment and we'll get your stationery out to you as soon as possible.
- SHIPPING
- Delivery by tracked courier is available to any physical address within New Zealand or internationally. Courier charges will vary depending on where you live and the size of your order. Please ask if you'd like a shipping quote before ordering. If you live outside of New Zealand we recommend getting all your printing done at the same time to save on shipping costs.
Allow 2-3 weeks for your stationery to arrive (or longer for international orders). - REFUNDS
- We will rectify any mistakes made by Bridal Toolbox at our expense as long as you notify us about them within 7 days of receiving your order. After this time we will consider the order completed. Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us before a replacement is sent.
We take no responsibility for spelling errors or typos on your stationery after sign-off has been received. We will not refund your payment if you change your mind. - RE-ORDERING
- Once all your RSVPs come in and your guest list is confirmed, please contact us to organize your name cards, table cards, menus, thank you cards and order of service sheets. To save time we can have this laid out beforehand ready for you to confirm when you have all the details.
- RELAXATION
