These Terms of Use concern your use of the services provided at bridaltoolbox.com and bridaltoolbox.co.nz, referred to as 'Bridal Toolbox'. Please read them carefully as they constitute a legally binding agreement.
By accessing Bridal Toolbox, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as described on this page. In the event of these terms and conditions being updated, we will attempt to alert you to the changes via the email address you have provided. Your continued use of the services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility as the user to determine whether you are legally permitted to use Bridal Toolbox. If you are not old enough to enter into a legally binding agreement, or you are accessing this site from any country where material on this site is prohibited or illegal, please leave the site now and do not use any of the site's services.
If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes or is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, and in any respect, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
If we do not exercise or enforce any right available to us under these terms and conditions, it does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. By agreeing to them, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
Registration
The information that you provide when you register and at all other times must be true, accurate, current and complete, and you must maintain this accuracy at all times. The email address you provide us with will be the main method by which we communicate with you, so you will need to ensure this address is correct and notify us of any changes. All the information you supply to us will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Site Use
You may access Bridal Toolbox only for legitimate, personal use in the manner for which it is intended. Unless specific permission is given, you must not attempt to save, download, copy or sell any data or content from Bridal Toolbox or any of its users' websites, including your own.
Bridal Toolbox will not tolerate you publishing, linking to or encouraging the distribution of illegal or inappropriate material on the site. We reserve the right to cancel and remove your account without refund if we discover material we find to be unacceptable. This includes but is not limited to pornographic, defamatory, obscene or offensive material, gambling or drug-related content, and malicious, harmful or disruptive software.
Some of the features available on our site allow users to send email or text messages to themselves or others. You may not use these tools to send spam or any other content which would violate our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. Abuse of these features may result in your account being cancelled without refund.
Copyright
We are grateful to those who have supplied images and fonts for our templates and other material, and it is our honest intention to always respect people's intellectual property rights. If you see a piece of your work on our site and feel that we have infringed your copyright, please contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot and do not moderate the content of our users' sites and will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement on their behalf (see below).
As a user of Bridal Toolbox, you are responsible for all of the images and content you upload, share or copy using our services. You must have the legal right to display each image that you upload or share on your site. Images from magazines, books, websites and other resources may be subject to copyright and you should check this before using them.
The Bridal Toolbox name, logo, and all original articles on the Bridal Toolbox website are copyright and may not be used or reproduced for any reason without our express permission.
Payment and Subscriptions
Stationery orders are considered final when the stationery layout (in the form of a pdf proof) has been signed off and payment has been made. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is complete and accurate before making payment. Last minute changes will not be possible after this time.
We will rectify any mistakes made by Bridal Toolbox at our expense as long as you notify us about them within 7 days of receiving your stationery order. After this time we will consider the order completed. Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us before a replacement is sent.
We take no responsibility for spelling errors or typos on your stationery after sign-off has been received. We will not refund your payment if you change your mind.
In addition to our free wedding website, Bridal Toolbox offers paid website subscriptions which include extra features and tools. When you sign up for a wedding website you are given a free, all-inclusive ten day trial period for the purpose of evaluating the paid service. Any payment you make to upgrade your account or to purchase any of our additional products or services (whether during or after the trial period) will not be refunded if you change your mind. If, however, you have any problems with a Bridal Toolbox product or service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue with you.
Website subscriptions are only offered for the time periods displayed on the pricing page, and the full price must be paid for the subscription you choose. If you wish to cancel your account before it expires, you must contact us in writing. No refunds will be given for early cancellation.
Bridal Toolbox offers payment in a variety of different currencies for your convenience. The prices for all available products and services are listed on our pricing page. These prices may change without warning and are only valid for as long as they are displayed. The price which is quoted at the time you start your website may be updated before your free trial ends, in which case if you wish to purchase a subscription you will need to pay the new price.
Domain Names
If you choose to purchase a domain name through us, you agree that Bridal Toolbox will be the legal owner/registrant of the domain name for the duration of your membership at the site. This domain name will be used exclusively for your Bridal Toolbox website and not for any other purpose, and you will be offered the opportunity to transfer ownership when your Bridal Toolbox account expires.
If you choose to use a domain name you already own, we will supply you with the necessary details to redirect it, but the responsibility for setting up and maintaining this domain name rests on you.
Third Parties
From time to time you may come across links to other websites from Bridal Toolbox or one of its members' sites. The sites they link to are owned and operated independently from Bridal Toolbox and are not in any way under our control. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any activity that takes place outside of the Bridal Toolbox websites.
Disclaimer
We do our best to make sure Bridal Toolbox meets your expectations and is accurate, reliable, efficient, and secure. However, use of the service is at your own risk. Bridal Toolbox is provided as is and without warranty and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we take no responsibility for any damage or loss which occurs as a direct or indirect result of you using the site.
Recommendations
In the interests of your wedding running as smoothly as possible, we strongly recommend that you keep hard copies of any information which you enter into our database in case of a system failure. We also suggest setting up your own reminders for important appointments. Our text message reminder feature in particular relies on the services of third parties and other factors which are beyond our ability to control.
